Tamara brings a wealth of experience from her business and human rights background to spearhead International Maritime Group’s International Organizations and NGO Practice. For five years, Tamara served as a Senior Legal Adviser to the United Nations where she provided legal counsel on all matters related to the Middle East peace negations, specifically public international law, dispute resolution, treaties, and international organizations. During her time at the UN, she used her international trade law expertise to support various ministries with trade and development negotiations, empowering emerging markets to collaborate with global industry leaders and dynamic economies through regulatory frameworks, compliance, and international standards.
Prior to that, Tamara served as Director of Infrastructure Advocacy, advising firms and governments on innovative sustainable infrastructure projects.
The daughter of academics, Tamara grew up with a deep sense of community and has been a university law professor since 2015. She loves film festivals, hiking and traveling.
